This is the worst hotel I've ever seen, bar none, with no security, poor management, and perfunctory cleaners. There is a bar downstairs which is very noisy at night and the hotel is not clean. They are quick to take the money when you pay to move in, but when you check out, they never refund you and find all sorts of reasons to deduct your money!

Everything was perfect.The room was clean and pretty.The bed was amazing, real comfortable.It was very easy to travel to the center or other places from Rome because the metro station it was real Close to us. I hope I’ll come back here.

The room was very comfortable, clean, climatised, well-equipped room. Our room had a balcony, which is a huge plus. The staff were really kind, helpful and they are cleaning the rooms everyday. The guest house is situated quite close to the metro line A, from where you can easily reach the city centre.

This was booked for my 65th birthday for touring Rome as a Bead and Breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and asked what time breakfast was served to be told "NO BREAKFAST". All there was on the upper outdoor patio was a hot drink vending machine and a juice machine. Both free. The staff were very pleasant and assisted where they could with our travel questions. Room clean enough although basic. TV not brilliant and the bedside light did not work. Travel easy for Rome. Metro 10minute walk and ran every 2 minutes. OTTIVIANO station for Vatican. Bar next door ASTRO BAR over the side road, got us out of trouble with no breakfast being available. VERY reasonable prices and a wide range of food. Only cakes and pizza available for breakfast though but we were grateful for anything when you are going to be walking for hours and hours and no time to eat. Breakfast is main meal. They may have served breakfast in previous years, looking at previous reviews, but not now. There is a lift though as their properties appear only to be on the 4th and 5th floors.

My boyfriend and I booked this mainly on the price and the location second. You definitely get what you pay for, it's not the greatest hotel in the world but it's a perfect bed for the night. The Underground station is a five minute walk away and then the centre of Rome a ten minute train. The underground is extremely easy to navigate. There is a restaurant beneath but we didn't use that but the cafe next door has great pizza at a very good price. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that. The wifi was brilliant, we even managed to stream some tv shows on it. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a reasonably priced base camp close to the centre.
